Account Management

Learn how to manage your SmartCV account, including personal information settings, security configuration, and subscription management

Comprehensive account management is the foundation of using SmartCV. This guide will help you master all account-related features, including personal information management, security settings, and subscription management.

🏠 Access Account Settings

You can access account settings through the following methods:

  1. Navigation entry - Click the avatar in the upper right corner of the page, select "Account Settings"
  2. Direct access - Visit /account page to go directly to account management

👤 Personal Information Management

Basic Information Settings

In the personal information section, you can manage the following information:

  • Name: Displayed in resumes and profile

  • Email: Used for login and receiving notifications

  • Avatar: Personalize your account image

  • Language preference: Set interface language

Avatar Settings

  1. Upload avatar 1. Click current avatar 2. Select "Upload new avatar" 3. Select image file from device 4. Adjust crop area 5. Confirm save

🔒 Security Settings

Password Management

Regularly updating passwords is an important measure to protect account security:

Change password 1. Go to "Security Settings" tab 2. Click "Change password" 3. Enter current password for verification 4. Set new password (must meet security requirements) 5.

Confirm new password 6. Save changes

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add extra security protection to your account:

Enable two-factor authentication 1. Find "Two-factor authentication" in security settings 2. Click "Enable" button 3. Use authentication app to scan QR code 4. Enter authentication code for verification 5.

Save backup recovery codes

Login Activity

Monitor your account login activity:

  • View recent login times and locations
  • Identify abnormal login activities
  • Remotely log out other devices

💳 Subscription Management

View Current Plan

In the subscription management area, you can view:

  • Current plan: Free version, Professional version, or Enterprise version
  • Usage: Feature usage statistics for current period
  • Expiration time: Subscription renewal date

Upgrade Plan

  1. Select new plan 1. Click "Upgrade plan" button 2. Compare features of different plans 3. Select suitable plan 4. Click "Upgrade now"
  2. Complete payment 1. Select payment method 2. Fill in payment information 3. Confirm order details 4. Complete payment

Manage Payment Methods

Add payment method 1. Go to "Payment methods" section 2. Click "Add new payment method" 3. Enter credit card or other payment information 4.

Invoices and Bills

  • Download invoices: Get payment vouchers for reimbursement

📧 Notification Settings

If you need to export your data:
