Invite mentors or seniors to provide professional advice and modification suggestions

Peer Support

Collaborate with career consultants or HR experts to optimize resumes

Collaboration Permissions

View Permissions:

  • Can only view resume content
  • Cannot edit or modify
  • Suitable for display and sharing

Comment Permissions:

  • Can add comments and suggestions
  • Cannot directly modify content
  • Maintains original author's control

Edit Permissions:

  • Can directly modify resume content

📨 Inviting Collaborators

Sending Invitations

Starting Invitation

  1. Click the "Collaborate" button on the resume page
  2. Select "Invite Collaborators"
  3. Enter the recipient's email address

Accepting Invitations

Users who receive invitations can:

  1. Click the invitation link in the email
  2. Log in or register for a SmartCV account

  2. If accepted, enter collaboration interface
  3. Start viewing and commenting on resume

💬 Comment and Feedback System

Adding Comments

Collaborators can add comments to any part of the resume:

Selecting Comment Location

  1. Click on the content area you want to comment on
  2. Select "Add Comment"
  3. Comment bubble will appear at the corresponding location

Writing Comments

  1. Enter suggestions in the comment box
  2. Select comment type (suggestion/question/praise)
  3. Add specific modification suggestions
